ADVANCED WELDING COURSE FOR OIL & GAS
The oil & gas welding course is aimed at all those professionals who want to deepen their knowledge and specialize in welding interventions on energy systems.
From gas pipelines to oil pipelines on offshore platforms, in these environments welding represents a fundamental element for the safety and functionality of the system and those who work there.
In other words, the welds must not present any defects, however minimal. Otherwise, problems could occur that risk endangering human lives or the environment. For this reason, interventions are carefully inspected.

PREREQUISITES OF
COURSE
To access the oil & gas welding course, proven experience in TIG and coated electrode (MMA/SMAW) processes is required.
OBJECTIVES OF
COURSE
- deepen the welding techniques of the TIG and coated electrode process;
- deepen theoretical knowledge on the processes and problems of the oil & gas sector;
- acquire the UNI EN ISO 9606-1 certifications required in the oil & gas sector.
THEORETICAL COURSE PROGRAM:RSO
After a brief theoretical introduction, the students will be involved in the creation of joints with techniques and materials typical of the sector. Each activity is carried out under the guidance of the expert teacher.
